Wow, long time no blog :) Had a good time with the girls this weekend so thought I would share. A friend of mine Dale (who is a great chef) has started a new business “Cooking with Tilt”. Had a fun time cooking and learning new techniques in the kitchen. My favorite was new knowledge about cast iron pans. Not to mention we had yummy food at the end of the night. You can see above but it was potato crusted halibut, roasted asparagus and mashed garlic sweet potatoes.
